NICHIDAI FILTER CORPORATION, a subsidiary wholly-owned by NICHIDAI, develops, manufactures, and sells sintered wire mesh filters used in a wide variety of applications such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries as well as rocket. These filters are applicable to high-precision filtration and excel at durability in conditions with high temperatures and pressures.
POREMET
Reinforced using flat-folded meshes in 4th and 5th layers achieving the highest compressive strength in all filtering media.
PORE-FLO
Multi-functional porous material with plain dutch weave meshes stacked in 2nd and 3rd layers and integrated through sintering and rolling.
BONMESH
The filtering portion of this filter is equipped with a set of laminated plain weave meshes that are very easy to clean. As a reinforcing material, perforated metal is sintered into the body of the filter.
METAL FIBER
Nonwoven material for sintering made of micron-scale metal fibers. While laminated sintered filters allow surface filtration, this type of filter has a structure for both surface and internal filtrations.
SCP
Super Clean Plate (SCP) is a stainless steel plate with even pores that is laminated and sintered to align with the pores of the etched plate.
